Return & Refund Policy – Moderenza

At Moderenza, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective or not working

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is incomplete (missing parts)

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personal care items

  • Clearance or sale items (if marked non-returnable)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or mishandling

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Provide your Order Number and photos/videos showing the issue.

  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong or damaged product

  • The product is defective

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock

Refunds may be provided as:

  • Store credit

  • Bank transfer (in eligible cases)

  • Replacement product

Note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the mistake is from our side.

5. Exchange Policy

You can exchange your item for:

  • The same product (if damaged or defective)

  • A different product (if approved)

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

7. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide pictures/videos of the issue
    We will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
